Formed in 2011, Paragon is run by co-Managing Partners Bruce Lock and Andrew Perry. Its 15-strong team consists of 7 Consultants and 8 Researchers, with offices in London and New York.

Having worked globally since inception, Sam Tosswill opened Paragon’s New York office at the beginning of 2018, on the back of two years of intensive research into the US Credit markets.
